Responsible for design, install and maintenance of customers IT infrastructure on a variety of platforms and operating systems. I also help maximize customer value by training for the correct procedures in the usage of their equipment.

I ran the day to day operations of the repair depot. I was the first contact for walk in customers and the repair of their equipment I was responsible for all bench repair and scheduling, work flow and documentation. This included HP, OKI, IBM and other printers and all brands of PC’s. I was also called upon to do the setup and installation of small business networks utilizing Windows 2000 implementing TCP/IP. My job responsibilities included: Hardware support and installation of internet kiosks in Circle K and E-Place stores. Management and troubleshooting of communications from Sprint (microwave), XO communications (DSL), Hughes Aerospace and GE Space net (satellite).
