I have grown up with hard work at the forefront of everything I do. Beyond basic labor, I have learned to lead work crews, manage employees, and operate and maintain equipment effectively, from construction to agricultural machinery. I even hop on a horse when its time to round up the cows, whether administering vaccines or sending them off to the sale barn. Unfortunately my roping skills leave much to be desired... Fencing is one of my flagship areas of expertise, and I can build EXCELLENT 4 board, horse wire, pre-welded panel, and barbed wire fence. Running my firewood lot has taught me valuable fundamental aspects of business. I am the forefront of communication with clients and customers, seldom having a day where someone doesn't call for wood. I am an excellent public relations representative because of this constant communication. While running Jackson Firewood I have had to adapt from a mostly solo operation to managing contracted labor remotely from college. I still maintain inventory control, running the wood lot from a-far, and conducting training whenever I am home.I plan on receiving my undergraduate degree in Business Administration for Colorado Christain University and pursuing a career in the Army, followed by law enforcement. Let's connect! I am looking to learn more about the Army and Law Enforcement, and would love to learn more about ranching and learning to weld fence! I am looking to serve others with current skills as well as build off my foundation! Eldonwjackson@gmail.com317-306-5525
