-Know each retail location’s sales performance expectations for both variable and fixed operations, how each are pacing in terms of gross, net, unit (inventory) sales, and flat rate hours sold.-Work with regional operations Vice Presidents and in store General Managers to identify potential roadblocks to success in business unit staffing strength, sales process, inventory levels, inventory merchandising and pricing, as well as facility and location relevancies.-Direct all field marketing executives whose expertise includes helping automotive dealership management form and execute viable, ethical marketing strategies to increase sales traffic, sales, service traffic and overall customer retention and loyalty.-Train team of marketing executives principally in tactics combining traditional media, digital and online solutions, social and other media with an understanding of respective manufacturer programs and requirements to deliver results based, full circle marketing solutions.-Oversee efforts of marketing agencies including media buying and research partner and various regionally based creative agency resources.
