Driftmore Music & Arts Festival is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing opportunities for local and upcoming artists throughout the midwest. Culminating in an annual 2-day festival in September, Driftmore hosts events all year long to raise funds and awareness for the arts. The proceeds from our work go back into the community through the University of Wisconsin-Platteville's Engineers Without Borders program, as well as other local organizations and businesses.

As a Program Director, I work full-time in our Twin Cities Studio located in St. Paul, MN. I work directly with youth in the studio, and virtually through Zoom and Soundtrap sessions.My time is spent teaching youth music lessons, coordinating outreach and artist visits, running recording sessions, tracking data, maintaining the studio, and fostering creativity through music. Since my time at Notes For Notes began, I have created and developed our studio's program menu and curriculum, coordinated multiple live events and artist visits, identified and built strategic partnerships in the community, and have helped youth artists find revenue streams for their creations through a first-of-its-kind sample pack creation program that has yielded 3 successful digital products available through Native Instrument's Sounds.com.
