The Account Management aspect of my position has also provided me with the opportunity to apply the knowledge attained through my Commerce degree in real life situations in a professional context. This managerial role has helped me continuously improve my communications skills, internally within the company and externally to customers and clients. Strong verbal and electronical communication skills are critical to my position as I constantly have to comprehend my client’s exact needs and be able to interpret them to our production team to produce what is desired.
