Evaluate and qualify both new and changes in products, process, method, and materials. Investigate and analyze the root cause of any abnormalities, chronic/sporadic loss in production. Provide and establish immediate, corrective and preventive actions to improve the yield. Innovate/ improve existing process. Prepare reports for every investigation, failure analysis, recommendations, and proposals. Implement the generated actions and proposals.

Survey, design, and recommend products and standards for structured cabling installation to clients. Prepare and propose bill of materials based on client’s requests. Monitor projects and installation from mobilization to completion. Prepare documents and reports such as floor plans, rack layout, test results, progress report, and etc. for preliminary requirements & project documentation.
