Provides timely, accurate, and high quality inspections products and publications identifying systemic issues within NGB to ensure efficient and effective support to Chief, NGB (4-star general), and NGB Inspector General. Annually crafts and executes CNGB's two-year inspection plan, ensuring the plan, program, and execution in coordinated with the 54 State IGs, DA IG, and other governmental agency IG staffs. Directly briefs CNGB, Army Guard Director, and ARNG Chief of Staff on inspection results and recommendations. Liaison skills are critical in effectively including states in national inspections. Manages, coordinates, and supervises projects, assessments, and tasks using continuous process improvement techniques and practices, which improves and enhances the inspection and staff assistance processes. Was instrumental in creating and implementing the first few NGB IG Staff Assistance Visits with the 54 Command Inspector Generals.
