Manages 4 departments consisting of Refrigeration, Materials Handling Equipment (MHE), Building Maintenance, Utilities.- Responsible for the repair & maintenance of the cold storage equipmentso Compressor, condenser, evaporator, valveso Hand pallet truck, counter balance, reach truckso Roll-up doors, dock leveller, genset (1250kw)- Responsible for conserving such as (ex. Oil, electricity, water)- Responsible for improving the facilities and extending shelf life of the equipments.- Responsible for making CAPEX budget- Responsible for keeping up to date the manpower job description, KPI, WI

2. Project Supervisor –In-charge for all on-going projects of the company. Do handle from the design, foundation, delivery of equipment, loading & mounting of the equipment, installation, commissioning up to turn-over of a turnkey projects.- Responsible for the safety of the manpower and also for the equipment.- Responsible for the project implementation and supervising staffs- Responsible for all the pressure settings and testing- Focuses on applying safety based on ISO.3. Service Supervisor – was in-charge for all after sales service. Do handle customers query, operation’s problem, and compressor overhauling and troubleshooting.- Overhaul MYCOM compressors; reciprocating and screw compressors- Troubleshooting operations problem for refrigeration.- Do handle maintenance of the compressors (PMS).- On-call service engineer when a plant is down.o Cold Storages (Jentech, Polar Bear)o Bottling (Coca-Cola Phils, Pepsi Cola Phils)o Ice Plant (tube ice, block ice)o CO2 recovery, water chiller

1. Production Supervisor (Canning & Bottling Department) – In-charge in supervising line production; canning and bottling to make all the production lines more efficient while maintaining the quality of the product.- Responsible for the Daily Time Record (DTR) of the factory workers.- Do the reports of every day production; output, variances, labor cost, recovery & losses.
