Following on from a BA Hons degree in Set Design at Wimbledon Art School, Emma worked in the Film Industry at Pathe Productions in London for 10 years where she was the Marketing/Creative Manager. As well as a career in the film industry and also as a working artist Emma has a background in music. She started playing the Piano from the age of 6 and was awarded a Music scholarship at Fitznells School of Music and achieved grade 8 in the Piano, Clarinet and Singing (Distinction) by the age of 17. Emma also achieved the St Cecilia’s Award through the Royal School of Church Music (the highest of choral awards).Emma is now the Director of her own School of Music and has enjoyed many years of teaching the Piano, Clarinet, Music Theory and Singing to children as well as adults and has a 100% pass rate in ABRSM, TRINITY and ROCK SCHOOL exams.
