Still with the company after 10 years, I have now moved into a position managing project initiation, workflow and prioritisation process. I am responsible for the workflow stream into our Business Analysis team. A key aspect of the role is facilitation of the production of concepts, ensuring estimations/sizing can be completed allowing us to align business priorities and work effort into resources available in our release cycle.I manage our dedicated points systems - liaising with our top tier clients on bespoke deliveries from project inception through to development start.Communications are key to this role alongside good relationship management skills.I am the key point of contact for review of problematic business processes or communications for Playtech Bingo and facilitate workshops to strive to implement improvements and better business processes.

As the Virtue Fusion began to grow becoming part of the wider Playtech group, recruitment soared so did the need for more Business Analysts. I was invited to become Head of Business Analysis, building on my existing client relationships and directly managing a team of 4 other BAs. I was responsible for ensuring requirements capture, analysis and software specifications were produced in alignment with business priorities and our software release process; plus to standards for our regulatory body. I was still responsible for Bingo front-end and back-office training. Often part of sales pitches to new clients.

As Virtue Fusion matured as a company, they grew enabling roles to become more focussed and segmented. Their development team grew and the market became more regulated. Developers, testers and customers needed software specifications to work from. I had been already working with key clients and decided to focus back on my business requirements and software specification skillset.

Joined Virtue Fusion as a small start-up so the role involved a wide variety of tasks including pre/after sales support to launch bingo with our new customers, setting up service support, managing defects and bugs to still utilising my Oracle skills for reporting and bug fixes. I was their key software trainer. I was responsible for recruiting and setting up the whole Chat Moderation function which now hosts over 150 CMs today.
