As the People Analytics Associate, I drive growth by delivering innovative, integrated, and scalable data and process solutions across key components of the HR function. I am starting my MBA at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management this fall in their Evenings and Weekends program concentrating on Strategy and Data Analytics.Previously, I was a consultant at Accenture where I supported corporate strategy, process improvement, and change management at some of the most dominant Fortune 500 clients.
