Helped to lead and foster dementia friendly communities and provide important resources and programming as a guide for individuals to learn more and be educated about dementia and Alzheimer's disease.Job Duties Include:Conducted research on Alzheimer's and Dementia.Constructed and put together presentation material informing local businesses and health care services on how to be more Dementia Friendly.Researched, prepared and emailed a monthly newsletter to the local community with important updates and information regarding Alzheimer's and Dementia. A research assistant for the EAGER Grant (Early Concepts Grant for Exploratory Research). Through this grant, the goal is to: Elevate Engineering, Advance Innovation, Guide Learning, Enact Change, and Remove Barriers to Ensure equity for all.
