Managing: - Intercompany contractual flows - Commercial agreements with external partners (Non-Disclosure; Trademark Authorizations; Commercial Representations and Distribution agreements) - Master Service Agreements in addition to Contract Development and Manufacturing Agreements Compliance and auditing: Analysis of holding companies business development, Italian and foreign subsidiaries and reporting to top management Examining intercompany flows and subsequent management of transfer pricing procedures in the application of domestic and European legislation Understanding the services to be charged to sister companies, related cost-allocation-analysis and application of a specific mark-up to the cost-base allocated to the client Mapping of half yearly flow of export/import goods entering and leaving the group Assessment of the “weight” of specific “dangerous” flows and how they can be replaced Supervising the legal process pertaining to the authorization of corporate trademark use, related strategic analysis on best-selling products and consultation with the commercial department on product repositioning strategies Managing Credit Collection with primary investigation of new customers and their solvency and continuous monitoring of the stability of regular customers Participating in strategic and commercial development committees to monitor or re-launch the company’s internal and external commercial policies General fiscal support and customs issues

- Evaluation of the business partner including its cross border transactions, tax requirements and strategic flow planning in relation to international agreements - Provision of general tax advice to the client - Tax Litigation cases management

- Management of cross border VAT and excise/consumption duties- Logistic issues and problem solving

- Excise duties and VAT payments and exemptions determination- Tax credit offsets among different Italian Customs Authorities - Strategic planning of tax verification and representation in fiscal disputes- Writing up of defense documents in accordance with the Taxpayers' Bill of Rights

- Advice, research and compliance on VAT and excise duties, direct tax advisory to businesses active in production and international trading of goods- Development of expertise on international EU and domestic fiscal laws - Participation in the working group and special commission related to administrative responsibility of companies- Trainer on tax courses organized by KPMG Audit.
