I am currently working at Foundation Housing, an organisation aiming its services at the socially excluded. My passion has become to be in the field of Adult Social Care and Mental Health; helping those within hospitals and care homes to move back into the community and become more independent. Since my Grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, I have become to realise the implications that the disease has on a person's life. My passion lies in promoting the abilities of others and ensuring that they are able to live their life, no matter what the disability.
