This was a discrete 5 month project to migrate Mind's email service platform. This included data audits, developing GDPR data management processes, setting-up SLAs and supplier contracts and internal stakeholder management.

This was a hybrid information and communications role in which I used my mental health and digital specialisms to deliver sector-leading digital content for health information provision and marketing purposes. I was the charity's digital information lead, representing the needs of the information service in digital contexts and vice versa. This role also included moderating some of the sectors busiest and most challenging online communities.

This role began supporting two directors in the public affairs directorate with administration, governance and diary management and evolved into a communications only post following a restructure. Latterly, as well as continuing with administrative tasks I worked closely with the communications team to produce digital and print content as well as help manage the charity's online communities.

In this role I supported Rethink's Advice and Information Service in the publication of their factsheets in print and online. I also supported people directly through the charity's helpline.
