Currently working with BBC Media Action Nepal office but have previously worked with BBC offices based in Kenya, Ethiopia and Somaliland.• Research and develop new project and programme ideas for Nepal and develops these ideas into funding proposals.• Develop and review budgets, narratives, work plans and log frames for business development• Supporte country teams to facilitate high risk travel in country by reviewing risk assessments, liaising with the high risk team. Prior experience in travelling to high risk locations.• Manage freelancer procurement and logistics • Represent BBC Media Action with potential donors whilst in Hargeisa and Nairobi.

Provided support to the London based project team, Africa Regional Director and eight country offices, with a focus on Nigeria and Sierra Leone.• Supported the Africa RD with ongoing recruited for both the London Africa team and international posts. This included managing the international relocation of the successful candidate.• Built and maintained positive working relationships with senior staff across eight Africa country offices and became first point of contract for administrative, logistical and HR support.• Supported the Africa RD by managing travel, diary and facilitated communication between Country Directors, the Africa team and the Regional Director.

My role was to provide organisational and administrative support for the team of 15 people responsible for delivering over 1000 mass participation sport events for the national Sport Relief campaign including the flagship events at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. - Main point of contact for the Events Team at Comic Relief, prioritising tasks and directing enquiries.- Developing FAQs, responding to public enquiries and liaising with the campaign Contact Centre.- Managing the diary, organising stake holder meetings, preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes for the Campaign Events Manager.- Recording and monitoring budgets and liaising with our high level stake-holders at BBC, London Legacy Development Corporation, Progress Productions and our event delivery partners.- On the event day, managed the registration desk for over 300 entertainers arriving to perform at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

My role was to organise events for a small charity who run public speaking workshops for teenagers, ex-offenders and third sector organisations.- Co-ordinated workshops by booking travel and liaising with clients- Represented Speakers Trust at networking and marketing events.- Marketed public speaking training by managing social network channels.- Assisted in the recruitment process and mentored volunteers.

My role was to support the Schools and Youth fundraising team during the Red Nose Day '13 Campaign. - Co-ordinated over 40 Comic Relief school assemblies by providing itineraries, booking travel and liaising with top fundraising school contacts.- Planned and executed a Comic Relief Cafe at the 2013 BETT conference at the ExCel centre.

'Media for Education and Development’, Kenya. www.mediae.org - Worked in the Art, Wardrobe and Sound department of Kenya’s leading soap opera Makutano Junction.- Production Assistant on Shamba Shape Up, a reality make-over style programme which promote agricultural education.- Researched and produced leaflets which accompany the Makutano Junction story lines: included the issues of police corruption, financial education and youth development.
