Key responsibilities include:- Maintain Restricted Lists, ensuring these meet regulatory requirements and are reviewed periodically;- Help and advise the business on all Market Abuse and Control related issues, and update pages on the company's intranet if necessary;- Responsible for the identification, review and escalation of potential conflicts of interests;- Provide clearance to employee's trade requests, and monitor share dealing across the group;- Work closely with teams to assist with project management;- Review existing processes and procedures to identify improvement;- Collate information upon a regulatory authority's request;- Arrange payment and keep records of regulatory fees;- Assist with customer screening and produce risk assessments on matches;- Be aware of potential data protection breaches and ensure all data held is in line with the data protection act and GDPR;- Record gifts and entertainments declared by employees to ensure compliance with the anti bribery policy;- Produce and update template forms and emails;- Assist with ad hoc requests and queries typically relating to financial crime.
