Provided planning and development services aimed at strengthening organizations to achieve their mission. SE specialized in the non-profit sector, assisting organizations, government agencies and health care providers to achieve non-profit excellence.

Launched and managed LiveWell Greenville, a partnership of dozens of public and private organizations working collaboratively to make Greenville County one of the healthiest places to live in the nation. Work included managing a staff team and corporate, health care, government and nonprofit partners executing aligned actions and utilizing pooled resources to achieve common goals.

Provided leadership and support to the United Way's Health Impact Council to include: managing the fund distribution process for health related organizations and initiatives; determining assets and gaps and developing solutions to address community needs; and evaluating program success.

Developed and managed multi-stakeholder regional health improvement programs in Upstate SC.
