My main responsibilities in this role were to build a community in the workspace that promotes the happiness and wellbeing of the members and to manage the space with efficiency to provide excellent customer service. I am an advocate for diversity and inclusion for both my team and members of the space. I planned and executed my own personalised English tutor sessions with foreign students by researching lessons and leading the pupils, learning to adapt my communication techniques and independently run the sessions.
