I delivered an extensive portfolio of clinical trials of medicinal products (CTIMP) and non- CTIMP hemophilia clinical trials inclusive of global, medical device and gene therapy clinical trials, both commercial and investigator- initiated studies in Phases I-IV. I monitored external sites’ data by performing source document verification and case report.

I prepared case report forms (CRFs) and maintained investigator site files (ISFs) and trial master files (TMFs) in compliance with GCP guidelines. I managed over 10 data systems for the extensive trial portfolio within the hospital hemophilia center. I reconciled 5+ years of source documentation of pivotal gene therapy trials in preparation for sponsor.

I was responsible for selling a range of life science products to academic and pharmaceutical customers for their experiments. I also took on the screening of custom projects that came into the company and assessed the feasibility of the projects within the scope of the company’s portfolio. Additionally, I attended science conferences to market and network.

In this role, I called alumni of Lawrence University to solicit donations for the endowment fund and generate rapport to increase reputation of the university.

I worked on a project to confirm the depolymerization model of microtubules using a new microscope in the physics laboratories. I created a new protocol for future students to use when continuing the research. Key Techniques: stochastic optical reconstruction microscopy, ImageJ

I maintained the genetics lab C. elegans specimens and worked with members, utilizing fluorescent and confocal microscopy, to create new, viable strains for experimentation. I documented all previous strains in cryopreservation and created a new database for future strains. Key techniques: cryopreservation, Excel pivot tables, C. elegans animal model.
