• Serve as the main intermediary between the company and all external associations• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, hospitality representatives, service providers and more• Responsible for organizing the configuration, development, and successful launch of new campus locations• Coordinate the procurement and allocation of all materials and supplies to each campus and corporate office• Manage the daily operations and maintenance of each campus and corporate office• Actively modify the quantity of goods and services and schedule of deliveries for each individual campus based off their varying course dates and class sizes• Serve as liaison between employees and upper management• Coordinate, arrange, and manage corporate travel for every employee, guest, and prospective hire• Identify and distinguish assets from expenses and maintain meticulous records of all asset purchases; travel expenses; educational materials; operational supplies; subscriptions, software, and licenses; billing and invoicing for service providers; corporate accounts and more• Participate in the on-boarding of new hires by attaining, installing, and administering required materials such as company computers and equipment, VoIP integrated services, CRM and LMS softwares, and contracts of recipient liability• Maintain internal documents and ensure the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information and systems• Perform administrative duties including clerical tasks providing customer service and support, organizing data, compiling reports, and assisting with marketing and business development• Initiate, execute, and oversee the implementation of new operational protocols• Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to• Engage in long term strategic planning for company expansion
