I am the 2IC of the staffing concierge centre at the MCG. My role includes team management and rostering; customer integration, assistance and relations; uniform inventory management and organisation; as well as miscellaneous tasks including laundering and paperwork.

Same position as my Game Marketing Genie role, but also on the Atisfyre/Atisfyreach brands.

My role put me in charge of creating content for our brands and clients. My work involved development of content plans, scopes, blogs, articles, ad copy, website copy, social media, client proposals and decks, as well as general team management. I also reviewed and edited written work across the board in all areas, and jumped into other tasks where necessary.

I worked in the staff uniform room, where I helped coordinate new and returning staff to prepare for their roles at the MCG. This position allowed me to connect with a diverse range of people, and has provided me with a love for meeting new faces.

I worked on writing ad features for The Age and the Sydney Morning Herald. I also completed sections in weekend entertainment guides for The Age and was involved with other editing roles on works including the Monash Life alumni magazine.
