I am regularly instructed to support HR professionals and in-house legal teams with employment advice and to lead on tribunal proceedings. I advise on complex discrimination matters, restructuring exercises, dismissals, and severance arrangements. I also provide corporate support from an employment perspective on M&A matters.As an immigration lawyer and global mobility adviser, I assist clients to establish the best route to market across the globe and provide immigration advice to allow clients to meet their resource requirements.
