Creating a one week plan for 20-30 girls, working and building up lacrosse ability and knowledge. Running this plan, whilst guiding new coaches through the process

I coached up to 30 girls for 2-3 days, working through all of the aspects of lacrosse. I also do specialised goalie sessions throughout the weekends, building the goalies' confidence and ability in goal.

I am the current Durham University 4th Team coach. Coaching the team on Monday nights, and communicating with the captains about the plans for the sessions. I also attend the Home matches that the 4th team play, and coach them from the side lines. This job has taught me how to communicate with people my age effectively, and given me confidence in my abilities as a coach.

I am the college lacrosse co-ordinator for Durham University. This means I help to organise the tournament for all 16 colleges, most of which have two teams. There are three leagues, therefore three tournaments, and all matches are on the weekends. My main job is to organise umpires for the matches, and ensure that everyone is notified to cancellations due to weather, or teams not being able to field enough people. I work alongside the Durham College Sports Co-ordinator to make sure these tournaments run smoothly, and that pitches are booked for all matches.
