As Head of Content, I operate across different contexts to be responsible for content strategy, content quality and content publishing across the organisation. I'm the internal owner of Shelter’s organisational content principles, guidelines and standards, as well as our Digital Framework, and lead a team of content designers and editors providing strategic consultancy and content design services to the wider organisation. I lead on the continuous improvement of our content operations and content design, in collaboration with our teams and stakeholders, and make sure users are at the heart of everything we do.

Working with the Editor-In-Chief, Digital and Video Directors to create a strategy and vision for the website, including content planning and development, look and feel, and traffic forecasting. Assisting the commercial team on pitches, meeting with PRs, advertisers and writers, and representing the brand at launches and external events.
