I work closely with the account, influencer and creative teams ensuring all of our social media activity (both paid and organic) is optimised for all channels, formats and activity and meets the campaigns goals and objectives. My main responsibilities include being involved in all aspects of the campaign process from pitching, to creating the strategy, writing the posts, reviewing and optimising copy, assets and targeting, writing reports and analysing results to learn and drive future activity. I also support the account teams in community management to mitigate risks to our clients.

Acting as a senior consultant for clients and internal teams - developing exceptional social media strategies for integrated communications programmes that drive behaviour change, maximise performance and contribute to award winning work.

I had full ownership in the creation of the stylish, creative and on-brand social media content for Aura-Soma. Working in head office, I maintained the social media presence across a variety of platforms (both in the UK and overseas), creating all posts and the accompanying imagery and photography to advertise the wellbeing products. To continue the high-level of customer service, I engaged with followers queries and tracked key analytics on a monthly basis via Google Analytics, analysing the data and trends to drive the social media marketing and strategies.

I managed and delivered all social media communications for Deloitte UK. Working in head office, my role included writing and executing the social media strategy and social media policy, as well as creating processes to optimise efficiency within the team and mitigate risks to the firm. During my time in this role, I doubled the firm’s social media influencer score by training, engaging and motivating the business to build an active presence. My responsibilities also included reviewing, optimising and scheduling the social media campaigns ensuring they remained on-brand, aligned to key business objectives, and had a clear and successful user experience. I enjoyed writing guides and delivering bespoke presentations to help build people’s personal brands on their own social media accounts. I also worked with our in-house studio and external agencies to create eye-catching on-brand assets, managed budgets and third party relationships, and monitored social media for potential issues.

I managed a team of three people, who provided best practices within the digital marketing medium for the Berkeley Group, a FTSE 100 company, building quality homes in London and the South of England. Working in head office, I managed the day-to-day running of the website and email marketing. My key achievements included leading on the implementation of the digital transformation project to build a new responsive website by deciding how to lay out the back-end of the system, ensuring it was user friendly for the marketing teams, end users, and readable to search engines.My responsibilities included logging, assigning, updating and monitoring all team tasks using Microsoft SharePoint to ensure an efficient workflow and consistency in the team’s workload, reviewing and approving all website content updates and sub-sites via GOSS iCM (Content Management System) and setting up Google Analytics for new sub-sites and tracking for email campaigns. I also designed, created and coded emails, images and favicons into HTML and created documentation to reflect the management of the new website. A proud moment was correcting all 10,000 existing spelling and grammar mistakes on the website.

Through my passion and dedication, I have worked on a variety of fantastic commissions in both Photography and Web Design for clients, including weddings, christenings, commercial advertising and family photoshoots. Clients included Ewell Grove Infant and Nursery School, Welwyn and Hatfield Times Newspaper, Housewater, Berkeley Group Plc and Toni & Guy Hairdressing.

Using imagination and storytelling, I used my excellent personable skills by interacting with visitors and photograping them against a variety of green screens to become part of the Harry Potter film set. Once photographed, I edited the images onto a variety of backgrounds using Photokey, and sold the final prints to visitors.

I photographed pupils aged between two and 11 years in traditional, modern, group and individual poses. A large part of the shoot involved setting up the lights and backgrounds and co-ordinating the set-ups with the schools. Post-shoot I then carried out administrative tasks including backing up and uploading the photos to the company FTP to be printed and sent to the relevant schools.

One of my favourite positions I have undertaken was working for Richard. His knowledge, skills and creativity were truly inspiring and his constant excitement was a real driving force, enabling me to grow and develop my photographic and editing skills, both in the studio and on location. I worked closely with Designers, Art Directors, Models, Photographers and other Assistants, on a variety of shoots from small to large scale multi-million campaigns for Emlab Cosmetics, The Bond Street Association, Pret-a-Portea at The Berkeley Hotel and the Advertising Agency Ogilvy.

I began my career at CGS Photographers, working both in the studios and office on various jobs for the clients, ensuring quality assurance across everything. Having the opportunity to be involved in various studio shoots for toys, cosmetics, clothing, fashion, jewellery, flat artwork, crystal and industrial products and working closely with Art Directors, Models, Photographers and other Assistants, developed my skills and increased my passion for photography and the major role it plays within advertising.
