About Eleanor Blakey

I have always loved working with teenagers and had an interest in Career Development. In 2017 I chose to say "good-bye" to over 25 years of experience as a professional marketer and close down my Marketing Consultancy, Signpost Consulting, to become a ‘stay-at-home-Mum’ to meet the needs of our autistic son. It was during this period I decided to follow my first loves and enrolled in the New Zealand Diploma of Career Development. I have pivoted from determining the ‘why’ of SME’s (small and medium enterprises) and their owners to helping clients develop ‘what’ their ideal career path to meaningful employment looks like.
