Led Formation Zone since its launch in 2007, building this university incubator from its initial phase for the creative industries, to multiple sites, collaborations with partners, and a wide range of industry sectors. Under my leadership, the incubator supported hundreds of entrepreneurs and startups, and won a national award for Achievement in Business Incubation in 2013. Many startups from Formation Zone continue to be integral to the economy and ecosystem and create socio-economic impact.
