I’m a user-centred content designer and strategist, able to build and lead ambitious and successful teams. I’m good at making sense of complex, content-heavy systems, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop products and user journeys that work, and building confident communities of practice. I love working with subject matter experts and finding ways to make their content work better for the people that need it.
