In Experience Management, we are in charge of taking care of our organization's members. We make sure that they get the best experience that they have while they are in the organization. In short, we take care of our members. We do these by making different initiatives that will help the members in different aspects. Whether it may be through skills, socializing, team connections, and the like. We also take care of our members by doing one-to-ones with them or getting feedbacks from them with regards to our initiatives.

I was part of the Organizing Committee under Sales and Sponsorship for our organization's annual event—AIESEC Ball 2021. Our team, Sales and Sponsorship, were in charge of all the finances and were also the ones in charge of looking for companies that were willing to sponsor the said event.

I am a small business owner of Darling Eats PH where I bake and sell cream puffs. However, I am on hiatus at the moment because of my studies.

As a team member of the Experience Design Management Project, also known as MXP, I was one of the people tasked to make the Reworked Competence Stack which is a new tool that is a combination of the Core Competencies and Functional Skills that every member needs to develop to fulfill their role in the organization (AIESEC). It is called "reworked" because we revised it even more clearly so that it can manifest in the members' experiences and make the ROI more tangible. With that, I also became in charge of contacting the Vice Presidents of different AIESEC branches in the Philippines so that we can help in explaining and implementing the Reworked Competence Stack to them.

Creotec Manila Center

For my senior high school work immersion or internship requirement, I have worked at Creotec Philippines Inc. based in Taft, Manila as a Quality Assurance Analyst under their Production Team. The internship lasted for 2 months since that is the maximum required number of working days for our school's work immersion. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, all products made during our production process have to be passed over to me so that I can check if the products are working or not.
