I began supporting the Product Design Engineering Course at the Glasgow School of Art by providing HF lectures on Introduction to Human Factors and tool/methods topics. Since 2007 I have provided support to the department and have faciliated the running of the course, including providing lectures, setting a project, providing tutorials and reviewing project reports.
