Research Assistant supporting the Lead Psychologist on a variety of research projects, including:- An investigation of the fatigue experienced by shift workers on the Caledonian Sleeper train service;- A study of fatigue, stress and workload of LNER train drivers, train managers and train dispatchers.These studies involved an assessment of the range of interrelating factors affecting the fatigue experienced by employees. I interviewed staff members, transcribed interviews for research reports, analysed interview data and proof read the final reports. These reports summarised project findings and future recommendations to improve fatigue of employees.
