Ms. Pineau began her career in research at the University of Waterloo, researching dementia. She then entered the health care industry, specifically supporting older adults and those living with dementia as a manager in a retirement home. Moving away from traditional Western medicine, Ms. Pineau pursued alternative medicine within the cannabis industry. Utilizing her past experience in research, health care, dementia, agriculture, and alternative medicine, she has now directed her career into the mushroom industry.
