ASPCA Spay/Neuter Alliance has worked to provide a solution to pet overpopulation in Western North Carolina since 1994, and we continue to expand our reach nationally through spay/neuter training programs.Our 15 licensed veterinarians and 40 medical support staff are leaders in providing high-quality spay/neuter procedures and have been described as “setting the gold standard” across the nation by those who have trained with us. Led team launching fresh initiatives and improving processes to increase efficiency and community outreach. VP – Business Card Customer Service Unit Manager: 2005 – 2007Spearheaded Business Card Call Center operations while supervising 10 direct reports and 180 customer service representatives. Maintained service levels, ensured performance goals were met, and satisfied customer and shareholder goals. Maintained budget for human resources, campaign expenses, and associate recognition. Developed multi-level incentive plan for associates. In addition, created manager guide book supporting daily operations. AVP – Business Card Customer Service Team Manager: 2005Served as AVP driving operations as Business Card Customer Service Team Manager. Supervised daily management of 21 phone associates, including activities regarding performance to goal, attendance, career growth, coaching, and performance evaluation. Developed daily communication strategy to efficiently maintain team communication on process changes, daily performance statistics, upcoming events, and schedule changes.Officer – Operations Consultant: 2004 – 2005Provided global leadership and support for team of 16 Business Analysts across 31 call centers nationwide in this Officer – Operations Consultant position. Partnered with several U.S. Workforce Desks offering real-time staff recommendations; monitoring technology; and serving as communications hub. Served as main contact for business partners creating and improving processes to reach service-level goals. Additionally, led weekly conference calls with senior leaders determining strategies and various procedures.
