Master's in Events Marketing Management. Became a full-time mom in 2018. Returned to the workforce in 2024 doing what I love...Event Planning!

I was responsible for generating daily work logs, transportation of material and equipment, job costing, and daily invoicing. Which required updating spreadsheets in Excel, Access, ROM, and MAS. I created the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Agriculture Coordinator position. As we as generating multiple inventory tracking spreadsheets, which dealt with tracking the incoming and outgoing material.

I was responsible for the restaurants seating chart and balancing where the guests sat within that seating chart. As well as cleaning tables, maintaining the bathrooms, helping servers with their tables. Then I was promoted to To-Go. I was then responsible for taking orders over the phone and then preparing those orders for pickup.

I coordinated 200 volunteers and vendors from emailing updates to the setup timeline to generating maps, and handling the insurance paperwork. I facilitated registration for each event: email updates, maps, event schedule/timeline, and the day off coordination. I created and sent email blasts about the upcoming events. I oversaw the setup and take down of three events. I created the seating chart of 200 guests; as well as, being the point of contact for each event.
