  ➤ ASSISTANT QS SUPPORT - (Project value £300K to £800K)I supported the Contract Manager and Quantity Surveying team on the following administrative duties◼️ Clean and re-format Schedule of Works (SoW) for calculating Sub Contractors' Tender Values. Report and summarise breakdown of work by trade and by property.◼️ Completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and collate company documents for submission on behalf of the Sub Contractor◼️ Sent out Tenders (ITT) for Sub Contractor work, create Bid list, and Line-Ups for reviews (e,g Scaffold, Roofing, Drainage, Welfare Accommodation) ◼️ Support the creation of RAMS, COSHH and H&S documents on behalf of Principle or Sub Contractors◼️ Excel support work on estimates, cost planning, Bills of Quantities, Specifications and Schedules of Rates, following relevant NHF standards.◼️ Support the preparation of Interim valuations (AFP) and Sub Contractors' claims (VO). Assist in the submission onto PayApp Portal.◼️Assisted and managed the change control during post-contract stages. Issue and track Request for information (RFI) and Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (CVI) ➤RESIDENT LIAISON OFFICER (RLO) - (Project value £150K to £600K) Support the planning and mobilisation of each Decent Homes Programme, working with the site managers and stakeholders at the Housing Trust.◼️ Scheduled appointments with customers and managed the Sub Contractor surveys schedule and routes. (Asbestos/ Kitchen/bathroom and Electrical)◼️ Created templates and consolidated documents for Hand Over (Sign Off, Customer Satisfaction Forms, Electric and Gas Certificates, Asbestos Reports, Kitchen designs)
