We wrote an online questionnaire configuration, invitation, completion and reporting website for Executive Coaching Tools. This is used to provide 360 Degree feedback for top Executives gathering feedback from their peers, superiors and subordinates. All online, seamlessly inviting candidates, processing responses and creating PDF reports.

At Grass Roots, I worked as a BA and BA/PM on several projects with clients such as O2, Lexus and Shell amongst others.I was also been heavily involved in a large BPR project using MS Visio and QPR software to map, analyse and improve business processes across the whole business.This involved analysis of processes, managing workshops, documenting processes, suggesting improvements and rolling out a new online process reference package across the business both in the UK and globally.

Worked on multiple intranet, extranet and internet-based projects.

Started as a machine operator, and ended up as a contract analyst programmer/developer.
