As a private consultant, I have worked with courts, government offices, universities and various corporate entities to build and improve their organizations. My primary focus is in forecasting and planning for the needs of new facilities - primarily courts. My areas of expertise have encompassed all areas of planning to include financial and operational analysis, records administration, case processing, calendaring, facilities planning and design, technology implementation, human resources and security.

During my tenure with the Superior Court of California in Kings County, I was appointed as the first Court Executive Officer and also Clerk of Court and Jury Commissioner. My accomplishments include improving the organizational structure and office culture/morale by establishing, maintaining and improving the following departments: Budget/Finance/Procurement and Audits; Information Technology; Human Resources; Facility Operations and Maintenance; Security; Research and Case Management and ProcessingI also sourced and implemented new technologies including computer systems, RFID tagging, and interior and exterior security systems, was responsible for the planning and design of a new 142,000 square foot facility, served as the ADA Officer, and negotiated contracts with various vendors and the Union.

As a Justice Court Facilities and Operations Consultant, I directed a multitude of facility and operational consulting projects with courts, prisons, law firms, and medical practices throughout the United States, Singapore and England. My responsibilities included the master planning of courts, government agencies and prisons, space management, technical assistance in design, project planning and financing.

In my capacity as the first Executive Director for the elected Clerk of Court, I was responsible for the direction and oversight of over 500 employees and managed case processing, records maintenance, data processing, facility design, and human resources departments. I proctored a budget of $17 Million and collected over $100 Million in revenue.

Responsible for the administration and operations of two federal courts for the Administrative Office of the United States Courts. Oversaw all employees, budgeting, revenues, case processing, records management, technology and facilities. This included Jury Services and Immigration in District Court.
