As a Chinese Medicine Intern in the Masters of Science of Oriental Medicine course, I talk to the patients and then perform acupuncture, massage, and other hands-on therapies, always supervised by attending Licensed Acupuncturists. My LAc supervisor and I work together as a team to determine the therapies for you, as well as recommendations for Chinese herbal formulas, dietetics, and home exercises such as Qi Gong or Tai Ji.
