- Manage company’s brand - Recommend and implement the marketing strategy based on company’s strategic priorities- Collaborate with presales, providers and partners for the purpose of attaining company’s strategic objectives.- Broad and in depth knowledge of the entire range of technological products and enterprise solutions offered by Nimaworks- Collect and analyse market data. Work closely with higher management and presales function to integrate additional insights and successfully target key market segments- Perform regular and extensive market research, monitor market trends and competition, and analyze company’s competitive advantage, to identify further opportunities for product and sales growth- Formulate and monitor implementation of the respective marketing budget- Keep an open communication line with affiliated Marketing executives of Nimaworks’ partners and providers, to explore ways of promoting and further utilizing any available resources, while recommending adaptations to Nimaworks brand and culture- Create marketing content and deliver respective presentations to potential and existing clients with a main aim to support presales- Hold full responsibility for adding new and updating existing content on company’s website, blog, and social media channels to further promote company brand and attract leads- Craft interesting and engaging content for newsletters to existing and potential clients, set up campaigns on social media, apply SEO tactics in order to increase leads, and monitor performance- Organize and host onsite and/or digital promotional and informative events to raise awareness on the company’s brand and solution offering, collaborating with external agencies as necessary- Work closely with HR to plan and organize internal events and other employer branding initiatives, also sponsoring participation in selected career fairs, conferences, and meetups
