I can do what the college boys CANT!!! I can install and troubleshoot virtually any kind of machinery. I can troubleshoot WITHOUT blueprints, and I can design a functional system better than any "engineer" out of simple parts that will NOT break down! I still remember how to do manual labor. I can think OUTSIDE OF THE CORPORATE BOX, and resolve most problems before they even occur. Human Resources can't find "QUALIFIED PEOPLE" because they don't WANT to hire qualified people. They prefer to hire morons who are good at playing games on their cell phones. These morons usually come equipped with a BS degree, or a PHD, and they are excellent at wasting people's time and resources, and talking a lot of nonsense! AI will NOT solve this problem, it will only make things worse! If you want somebody that ACTUALLY gets work done, you hire me. If you want someone to plot a bunch of silly charts on a Microsoft app, hire the idiot with the PHD!
