(Czech Republic) employees.- Wet processes launch on customer workshop with successful coatings result.- Development of maintenance instructions (manual) and functional equipments descriptions (include HMI visualization) for automatic plating lines and waste water treatment stations.- Customer consulting for construction assignment, equipment commissioning and personnel training. - The finished project for machine building plants: • Automatic copper electroplating lines;• Automatic tin electroplating line;• Automatic double row zinc and cadmium electroplating line;• Aluminum etching and anodizing lines (anodizing tank volume is 40m3);• Automatic electroplating line for sandwich coatings by Cu/Ni/Cr;• Automatic surface treatment lines of titanium details for non-destructive test (NDT);• Waste water treatment stations and deionised water pre-treatment by reverse osmosis or ion-excange resins technologies; • Took a part in supply with various specialized equipment, such as vacuum evaporators, cooling machines, rectifiers etc.
