Senior Research Director for IHS Technology's "IT & Networking" Business Line (part of IHS Markit). This comprised managing a number of teams that covered areas such as Cloud Computing, Data Centers, Internet of Things, Connectivity, IT Networking, IT Security and Enterprise Resource Planning.

The main focus of the role was to develop forecasting tools that allowed future healthcare provisioning & commissioning to be planned and project managing the roll out of EHR solutions for social care. The forecasting tools were developed so that they took into account population & demographic changes, new technology and process re-engineering across the healthcare and social care services within the County. The tools were used by the Senior Leadership Teams across the County's NHS Healthcare Trusts, Adult Social Care Commissioning and NHS East Midlands (LNR Strategic Health Authority at the time). The EHR element related to the implementation of the Electronic Social Care Record (ESCR) EPR within Northamptonshire, UK where I led as the project manager. The implementation also included aligning the social care EHR with the demands of the NHS National Program for IT Spine.This role was a jointly funded role between Northamptonshire Primary Care Trust (now NHS Nene Clinical Commissioning Group) and Northamptonshire County Council.
