Assistant Teacher Trainer (August 2013 - June 2014)I completed a rigorous training to become a certified Pure Barre teacher and was required to possess a thorough understanding of the Pure Barre technique to become a Teacher Trainer. During my senior year of college, I was responsible for leading corporate trainings for new Pure Barre teachers from around the country and evaluating teachers and their progress. I was also in charge of preparing the training center each week to make sure all of the materials were in order.I learned how to utilize confidence and leadership skills while using unique approaches to different trainees learning styles and varying age groups. This role allowed me to strengthen my time-management skills as it was essential for me to stay organized and complete projects promptly. Training Specialist and Master Teacher Trainer (July 2014-February 2015)I held the position of Assistant Teacher Trainer from August 2013 until June 2014 when I was promoted to Training Specialist and Master Teacher Trainer. The promotion allowed me to continue all of my duties with trainings and evaluations of potential new Pure Barre teachers. In addition, I was responsible for managing the East Coast Pure Barre training team and was the main point of contact for over one hundred franchise owners.I learned the importance of customer relations and gained experience professionally communicating with franchise owners throughout the nation through in person meetings, scheduled phone calls and constant email correspondence. I worked directly with Pure Barre owners in the opening process to ensure a successful opening and continue as their Training Specialist for any questions, concerns and feedback.

I gained valuable experience working in a fast-paced environment while multi-taking and time managing. I was able to assist all staff attorneys and paralegals with daily needs and errands. These responsibilities included, but weren't limited to, serving as a courier for document distribution, organizing all incoming office supplies and assisting the front desk.
