My main role was to oversee each departments tasks and work flow, and to set the medium to long term development strategy. Since this company was a start up that I funded, at first I also handled sales, marketing and development. By the time the company was sold, I managed to develop the company from a start up to a stable position on the Romanian market, having 7 full time employees and 3 project based collaborators. From the start of the company and until it was acquired we developed projects from small presentation websites to a complete cloud ERP +CRM management solution, with each project the team gaining more experience. I have implemented a project management program, based on agile, with day to day team meetings and reporting, thus improving performance and reducing deadlines. Also I functioned as an interface between the customers and our development team, auditing the customer business to better understand they're needs and to propose the best solution that will fit they're work flow. My main role was to oversee and plan the medium to long term development team work schedule based on project requirements, new project start dates, employee overhead and project budgeting.I worked close to the sales team ensuring that technical specifications where written correctly and according to the development department capabilities.
