Member of global 2003 server migration team. Built NT4, W2K and W2k3 servers. Migrated NT4 and W2K servers to W2K3. Migrated local container to a new AD domain. Managed an intermixed NT4, Windows 2000 Windows 2003 and WP servers and workstations environment. Supported and migrated Novell 4.11 servers to NT4. Co-authored Disaster Recovery Plan, worked by ERES, SOP’s & IQ’s in a Medical services CRO FDA regulated environment. Worked locally and with VPN remote access in a DRA (EA), HP Openview. Assisted in the global deployment of McAfee antivirus and EPO. Provided network, custom application, desktop, email and telephone support. Developed a site-specific Intranet web site to assist with the migration and help the users navigate data using transparent UNC paths to both local data, intranet and internet sites. Created with Word, Excel and Visio with directory security managed by AD.

Managed a team of 6 CNEs that designed and implemented a migration of 22 3.x Novell servers to 5 Novell 4.11 servers including the implementation of a new NDS tree design to manage over 20 new 4.x servers deployed in the regional sales offices. This same team also handled the workstation portion of the deployment and performed many additional fixes to these station during the process.
