Manage financial functions of the business, CFO Reporting, cash flow management, Payroll, BAS, FBT, Budgets, Re-forecasting, Audit process

- AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, cash position reports, cash flow management- Payroll processing, incl PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Workcover EOM and EOY procedures - Month end financial reports for finance committee and board meetings incl P&L, BS, departments weekly sales analysis- BAS, annual FBT - Preparing annual budgets, monitoring monthly progress and calculating forecast changes- Assisted with due-diligence project before merge of other AIM’s around Australia- Assisted with the merge of finance operations after the merge occurred on 1st Jan 2014- Maintain asset register- Manage all areas of HR and IT and facilities and functions department- Manage the operations and maintenance of the building including managing supplier contracts and leases- Risk management and Continuous Improvement

All bookkeeping duties for weekly, fortnightly, monthly & quarterly clients either internally or externally. Working with a variety of clients from restaurants, hotels, pharmacies, earth-moving contractors, engineer consultants, training companies, surgeon, dentist, physio and more- AP, AR, Bank Reconciliations, monthly journals / accruals- Payroll processing, incl PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Workcover EOM and EOY procedures - IAS, BAS- Financials incl profit & loss, balance sheet, income charts, KPI’s, cash flow reports etc.- Liaising with clients accountants and preparing books for EOY financials
