Eleizer is a results-oriented leader with a strong foundation developed in M&A in both public and private markets. He is currently providing strategic, investment and corporate development support to a family owned healthcare company. Previously, he helped build and lead Novacap's Business Development team responsible for sourcing and evaluating, private equity transactions in the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT), Diversified Industries, and Financial Services sectors for new platform investments. He spent a large portion of his time, as an extension of the deal teams by providing Strategy & Corporate Development support for the portfolio companies that did not have their own in-house team. Before, Eleizer was an Investment Banking professional focused on buy-side, and sell-side M&A, and public and private financing transactions. He advised on a variety of strategic initiatives across a variety of industries with a focus on Technology Media and Communications, Financial Services, Consumer Retail, Manufacturing and Industrial sectors servicing clients based both in Canada, and the U.S.Full written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish, continual pursuit of excellence, both personal and professional.
