Make sure they are following all agreed on work process & that network SLAs & KPIs are met & apply penalties in case of any violation Frequently reviewing all Transport and Infrastructure Network Operation process & procedures & apply required modifications to enhance work flow. Driving Etisalat transformation to cloud and Virtualization through maintaining cloud operation efficiency, driving innovation, building and fostering a high performance culture, mentoring team members and supporting the team with the needed transformation tools, knowledge and guidance Creating deployment strategies for existing and new services based on business objectives that assure the team awareness and compliance with confidentiality, security and all Etisalat policies and guidelines. Developing relationships with professional organizations and peer groups in other organizations and stay updated with technology trends and best practices. Encouraging and facilitating Optimization initiatives; Enhance performance throughout the infrastructure automation framework and Implement tooling to optimize performance, availability and costs Reviewing and revising Crisis Management (DR) plans and WhatIf scenarios across Transport and Infrastructure domains to assure service/business continuity in extreme circumstances
