Project Management for the implementation of BIM cases for Moscow construction developers (PSN Group and MR Group, in a TOP10 list). In additionaly, I collected of functional requirements, developed technological landscape (OpenBIM), as well as scaling up to 10+ development projects (620K square meters).The following cases of BIM use were implemented:1) assessment volumes of construction work during the design process (Quantification) 2) comparison of planned / actually completed volumes of work during the construction 3) verification of design decisions at all stages of the project development and transfer of design solutions to related entities (Design review and Design Authoring)4) Modeling of construction processes (4D, Visual Construction)In addition to working with the customer, interaction was organized with subcontractors "ADM", "SPEECH", "KAMEN", "Tsmaylo, Lyashenko and partners", Werner and Sobek, Fiorovanti, PPF AK and with general construction contractors SU10, ESTA.Achievements: All client is satisfied with the decision and continues to cooperate, the accompanying projects are recognized by the expert community and contractors confirm the improvement in the quality of BIM interaction. On all projects in which redesign did not occur, the planned and contracted volumes of construction and installation work were confirmed. Most of the projects took place in the design time reduced by 2-3 times.
